Robert L. Shank Owner and Responsible Broker
Rob is originally from eastern New Mexico. He received his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and History from Eastern New Mexico University. While in college Rob met him wife Kimberly and they have been married for 14 years. They have lived in the Cheyenne for 10 years and have 4 children.
Rob worked in the Law Enforcement and Animal Welfare fields before becoming a Real Estate Agent eight years ago. Rob specialized in property management, investment properties and residential buy/sell. In 2017 Rob started a Real Estate School to teach pre-license real estate courses. He is currently one of three instructors to teach these courses in Wyoming and the only one to offer all of the courses on-line.
In 2019 Rob started his own brokerage offering concierge real estate services in the Cheyenne area. Rob is active in his church where he is an elder and teaches children's church, is a member of Cheyenne Lodge #1 A.F. & A.M, and is Council Member of Job's Daughters, Bethel #50 where his daughters are members.
During his off time Rob enjoys woodworking, shooting, photography and spending as much time with his wife and children as possible.
Kimberly Murray-Shank, Co-Owner and Assistant
Kim was born and raised in Dover, Delaware. She received a unique high school diploma in aviation and learned to fly when she was just a teenager. For several years she was a Seasonal Park Ranger at Cape Henlopen and Trap Pond State Parks in Delaware
She met her husband Rob while attending Eastern New Mexico University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Kim worked for Law Enforcement Agencies in New Mexico and Delaware before moving to Wyoming in 2009.
After moving to Cheyenne, Kim started a very successful process service business. She is also currently a personal assistant to a private attorney in Cheyenne. She is active in her daughter's Girl Scout Troop and works in her church's in the nursery.
In 2019 she encouraged her husband to open a new brokerage and came up with the idea to provide a unique concierge service for real estate clients.
When not working Kim loves to travel, go camping spend time with friends and family, attend wine tastings and trying new and unique restaurants.
Michelle Stinn, Associate Broker
Michelle is originally from Nebraska. Her parents decided that a move was in order and landed in the Denver Metro Area. Michelle received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Regis University. Michelle started in selling 4x4 Off road Accessories for Tenneco Automotive. During her time there she received multiple Industry Awards along with Salesperson of the year. She decided it was time to expand her horizons and earned her Real Estate License in 1996 in Colorado.
Michelle has specialized in residential buy/sell. Her passion and primary focus are VA Buyers, First Time Home Buyers, Buyers with past credit issues and helping Veterans sell if and when a move becomes necessary for their career. Along with helping Residential Buyers and Sellers meet their goals, Michelle got her insurance license in Colorado to help her customers make sure they protect those they love with Final expense Insurance and Mortgage Insurance that benefits the home owner and not the bank who services the mortgage. Michelle also offers group coaching for agents who wish to not only expand their real estate business, but be more successful with business they currently have.
Recently Michelle and her daughter moved to Cheyenne and love it so much that she decided to share her passion for helping those who are buying and selling here in Cheyenne. She loves being part of the team offering concierge real estate services in the Cheyenne area.
Before Michelle's son graduated from High School, the three of them traveled for AAA hockey as she was the team manager for 15 years and with her daughter for dance competitions all over the US.
Michelle enjoys life visiting her son, spending time with her daughter and 3 large dogs who like to travel and be active in the outdoors. Fishing, camping, shooting and being on an Adult Clogging Team make life full and fun.
